Return Policy
Defected Items:
Eligibility: We accept returns for defective items only. To be eligible for a return, the defect must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. Defects do not include damage caused by misuse. Items must be returned in original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the defect. We may request photos of the defect to process your claim.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent further damage during transit.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the item cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customized Products:
All Sales Final: All sales of customized products are final. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Accuracy: Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in customization submitted by the customer.
Defective Customized Products: In the rare case of a defect in a customized product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.
